If summertime evokes cravings of hamburgers and hot dogs, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s start with one of the most famous burgers in the country. Although Bobby’s Burger Palace superstar chef Bobby Flay’s tribute to the great American sandwich has been serving up perfect patties for years at a fast-casual hot spot smack on the Strip (currently closed), you can now visit
Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay at the Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace to get a taste. Whether you order Bobby’s favorite Bacon Crunchburger topped with American cheese and potato chips or the L.A.-style option with avocado relish, tomato and cheddar, you’ll be transported to the best backyard cookout imaginable with the very first bite. Don’t forget the sweet potato fries, onion rings and premium milkshakes to complete the experience.

The narrow streets of Chinatown are quieter than usual. While memes float around about how nature has been âhealingâ in New York City, traffic has been slow to return to Chinatown, and slower still to restaurants. Itâs a series of unfortunate events: first, as early as January and February 2020, mom-and-pop businesses, which make up the majority in Chinatown, saw a decline in business as locals began to shelter in place, a decline that was only exacerbated when lockdown orders were officially put into place in March. The Lower Manhattan workers and university students who relied on Chinatown meals vanished, as did tourists.

Longtime Las Vegas residents are very familiar with the name Barry S. Dakake. He’s one of the city’s preeminent chefs, known for years as the face and talent behind N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms (a huge celebrity hangout). That restaurant closed years ago, but Dakake has returned to the Vegas dining scene in a big way at a new steakhouse at Circa Resort & Casino that bears his name.
Even though it’s only been open a few months, Barry’s Downtown Prime has quickly become a must-visit destination for downtown visitors. For starters, it just looks fantastic from the exclusive-feeling entrance to the retro interior, this place exudes quality and comfort. If the Rat Pack was around today, you’d completely expect to see them here every night.
